In a short period of 6 months Ballyvesey Recycling Solutions have reached
a landmark that they would not have thought possible a year ago. Using the container tilter process, the company have just dispatched their 200th container of processed steel scrap to the Far East. That represents over 5000 tons of feed for steel furnaces in such faraway places as China, India and Vietnam. This coupled with the company’s 1st full ship load of processed steel to a steelworks in northern Spain recently, shows how quickly this young company is growing.

Managing Director Dennis Monaghan says:
“Without doubt one of the best investments we made in getting the company up and running was the Container Tilter. The convenience of placing processed material direct from the shear into the container while it is held upright has been a tremendous asset in keeping the throughput of material going from the selling customer to the buying customer. Having now loaded and exported over 200 containers it has made a terrific contribution in putting
Ballyvesey Recycling on the map. We are ready to load our next 200 in an even shorter period.”
